I read that lake nona and Avalon park are ok.

In our area we only have so much land to go around as we are surrounded by water with the lake to the north and the river to the south, and this drives prices up.

I live in Lake City MN and have rentals there and in Red Wing MN, and Hammond MN, near Rochester MN.

@Aliz Rao, have you looked at units in Corona or Lake Elsinore?  

@Nicole Heasley I'm buying near 185th up by the lake and looking at a couple areas like Old Brooklyn as well.

Any recommendations in Utah or especially Salt Lake County would be appreciated.

@Kelly Conrad if you're looking in Phillips, North or parts of South that are just south of lake st be ready to deal with drugs, extra people living in units, damage and just a general lack of respect for your property.

Welka is only 50 minutes from Gainesville, 10 miles from lake George, and 30 miles from Palm costs beaches.

We are evaluating lake/golf properties in the Midwest, lake homes in New England, and wine country.
