Orlando real estate rental investment.
Hello
I am looking to purchase a foreclose home for rental investment in the Orlando area. Which areas have the lower property tax and are in high demand? I read that lake nona and Avalon park are ok. This will be all cash offer. I would also need a recommendation on property management. My budget is 35 to 50 k...thanks..
