recommendations for Real estate investment lawyer in UT.

New to real estate investing and looking for recommendations for real estate investment lawyers. We are interested in BRRRR properties and buying pre-foreclosures or using hard money to buy properties that need work. Looking for lawyers to help us make sure we have all documents in order and are buying properties appropriately. Any recommendations in Utah or especially Salt Lake County would be appreciated.

    Jax Pettey at First Liberty Title and Jeff Breglio are the two that I know of. I've been in multiple classes that Jax has taught and he's very knowledgeable and seems to be an all around good guy. He will be setting up a series LLC for my wife. I haven't had any interactions with Jeff Breglio but I've heard good things.

    I recommend Jeff Breglio as well. He's very knowledgeable in the space.

    I recommend Ben Lieberman. Met him though the title company I used and he's been my guy ever since. Has drafted all my trust deeds, promissory notes, releases, lead agreements, etc. He gets it. Has also got me out of a few jams. I don't know Jax Petty personally but have a friend who has used him and seems to like him. Message me if you'd like an intro to Ben. Happy to help.

    @Monte Blunk I have some ideas send me a message and we can chat for a few minutes. I have purchased multiple properties using this strategy, and I can give some quick pointers so you can do it here locally as well.
