Is there a rule of thumb ratio of vacant land to square footage of building?

New Properties in Hingham, MA go for double the price per square footage so I saw plenty of meat on the bone.

My criteria's are a home price being 240k and below, 3 bedrooms or more, 1 bathroom or more, and the square footage of a home being 1,200 or more.

the fact that the citizens of Columbia are not satisfied with their government and the concerning lockdown measures they took seems like red flags for a long term real estate investment.
