I'm from New Jersey and I want to invest in Real Estate in a few years so I just want to know what are the best markets in New Jersey with good neighborhoods, low crime, and a good price for a home. My criteria's are a home price being 240k and below, 3 bedrooms or more, 1 bathroom or more, and the square footage of a home being 1,200 or more. Multi family homes and single family homes. If you invest in real estate in New Jersey and you know the market really well can you please help me. Thank You

That's not really available in most of North or Central Jersey right now. You would have to go further South to have a shot at a single-family like that and no hope of a multi unless it needs 100k of work. NJ is very competitive now and those price points for rehab properties are all being sold to cash and the MLS versions will sell higher than asking so you would need to be looking around 200-215k.
