Do small private landlords qualify for a PPP loan?

Hello

I am tired of hearing and reading about stimulus checks and all sorts of assistance for tenants (especially deadbeats who are collecting all the stimulus and funds but not paying rent to their landlords). Do small landlords (1-2 ppty owner) qualify to get a PPP loan if the tenant has stopped paying rent for months and refuses to vacate and/or pay rent??  I have a tenant in TX who hasn't paid in 4 months and refuses to vacate either. I cannot afford to keep paying mortgage out of my own pocket....where is the help for us??? 

Please advise of any resource....

With due respect to the responders...I do not care if you own 20 or 10 properties under an S corp or another business entity....my question was more for a small landlord like me with 1-2 properties and I am not setup under an LLC.

Is there a way to get a PPP loan or some sort of federal assistance for small landlords who are struggling because the deadbeat tenants are getting the checks but not paying their rent.
