Wondering if there is a "best practice" for offering shared wifi to tenants when renting by the room.Seems like it would be important to offer this along with cable, utilities, laundry, etc... but wondering if this is something that should be charged back to tenants or just built into the rent. 

I do have a great knowledge on how it all works but have not yet implemented any practices.

However, from a practical standpoint, I don't know what they gain by going after you as long as they are paid for the work that they have already done.  

But that being said, there's no substitute for experience - it's just good practice to walk through as many buildings as you can until you can identify common (and less common) problems in your sleep.

@Travis Hewlett thanks for the advice, this property evaluation is more for practice so I don't want to spend any money on it.

If you let the government into one, you let them into more and more.Even as a libertarian I see the argument for shared resources used to pay for things that are not practical to pay for on your own.  

The only efforts taken to sell this property so far have been listing with multiple local realtors and telling friends and family in the area about the condo for sale, offering a finders fee for whoever is able to find a buyer.I am using this opportunity as a chance to practice my ability to market & sell real estate, and perhaps win myself the commission.I am not aware of any central marketing systems in Colombia similar to the Multiple Listing Service, and craigslist doesn’t exist in Colombia either.

My business law prof (a practicing tort attorney) told our class over 95% of law suits are settled outside of court for less than $50,000.
