Wifi - rent by the room house hack

Wondering if there is a "best practice" for offering shared wifi to tenants when renting by the room.

Seems like it would be important to offer this along with cable, utilities, laundry, etc... but wondering if this is something that should be charged back to tenants or just built into the rent.

Does anyone have experience with this?

@Nathan G.

Thanks Nathan - this seems like a good way to hold consistent rent while making sure those expenses are covered. Appreciate the break down and examples!
