Sending offers without looking at property

Does anybody ever send offers to buy a house for the purpose of flipping without actually going to look at the property? If so, what is your criteria that the property must meet for you to send an offer sight unseen?

I have done so many deals at this point almost every offer I submit is sight unseen but I do make it contingent on a walkthrough. I do not waste time looking at a property if I can’t get it at the right price. That being said I can judge by looking at pictures and talking to the agent and seller as I know exactly what it will take and exactly what it will cost for renovations just by the photos and questions I ask. If we can get close on the price I will visit the property or send my contractor out to verify my assumptions.
