Valuation after Renos with few comparisons on the market - CANADA

Trying to evaluate the market value of an apartment unit after the renovation is complete, however there aren't many comparisons in the area. Does anyone have a good strategy for making sure an evaluation is accurate...  Are there any good websites out there that list old sales or listings?   Also if it matters from Alberta, Canada.    Thanks for the help.

Www.honestdoor.com is pretty useful although I'm not sure where you are located and if it will work in your area.
