I've done mold remediation work in commercial buildings and it is not fun.

Just for fun I've been tracking listings in Realtor.com for the past month and while inventory slowly climbed, this weeks seemed to have an extreme jump.

No fun for me.- Have 15 rentals in Atlanta right now, all bought with cash, and they allow me to be semi-retired and do some stuff on the side.I read and learn some stuff here and I love to give on what I've learned in the school of hard-knocks ;-)
