New to Bigger Pockets, but not new to investing. Have been dabbling in it +20 years. Full-time of and on, but not really so motivated just for the money. I do what you're told not to do: I have to get emotionally involved or I'm just not interested.

- I've done about a dozen major rehabs of historic homes.

- Have wholesaled a lot of vacant lots to builder

- Love the puzzle pieces of finding absentee owners or their heirs

- Have done a couple wholesale deals, but am not really so interested. No fun for me.

- Have 15 rentals in Atlanta right now, all bought with cash, and they allow me to be semi-retired and do some stuff on the side.

I read and learn some stuff here and I love to give on what I've learned in the school of hard-knocks ;-)
