hey guys,

first time poster here at bigger pockets.

i'm a grant writer and have been flipping properties for about 8 years. I got into real estate shortly after hurricane katrina and am now venturing into development deals of my own.

if anyone is in the new orleans area it would be fun to get together with you guys.

p.s. yes, my name is actually spelled with 2 n's, it's weird, I know.
