Hi Real Estate Investors,
I am a serial real estate entrepreneur and investor and have been for over 13 years. We went seriously into the Business of real estate in 2005 when my wife quit her job while I worked part time for 2 more years before quitting my job and going at it full time. My wife, Karen Rittenhouse and I have created quite an empire here in North Carolina even in worst economic times of our lifetime. We own several real estate businesses as follows: a licensed full service brokerage, a property management company, a holding company, a buying company with a renovations division that also has a wholesale division. We also own a real estate coaching business. But most of all, I am a student of real estate and I am always looking for new ideas from other investors. I enjoy learning and studying real estate investing business and creative deal strategies for buying, selling, holding/managing and renovating real estate.
