My yellowletters campaign only produced bad leads and my newspaper ad didn't get any results at all.

For those cost you can set up your own commercials and advertising campaign and do just as good without marketing someone elses system.

MLS, a direct mailing campaign, here on the bigger pockets marketplace.

I keep hearing about the minimum you need to send for a direct mail campaign is 1000 pieces a month for 6 months.
