Hi guys,

I'm a newbie in Direct marketing. My first DM campaign will go out next Monday.

It's going to be a Yellow letter that I print at home for a list of 280 Homeowner I just purchased with the following criteria:

  1. Equity of %30 or more
  2. lived there for at least 6 years
  3. price range of $80k-$170k
  4. Single Family home
  5. only one Zip code
  6. Built in 1920-1980

How often do you mail them? Is once a month for 6 months, a good testing time? what should I expect as far as number of call or/and appointment for this much marketing? Would you share your letter?

Thank you in advance for your tips and help.
