I know this is a much smaller campus than University of Memphis, but does it appear to have any positive effect on the square mile radius or so surrounding it? 

The universe slaps me down promptly Everytime I do a deal based on best case scenarios.That all said....if you aren't comfortable with outside deals (Im not) and that's all that's available then sometimes you have to do what you have to do.

I just graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Computer Science and have begun a data engineering job at Fidelity Investments in mid-June.

Hanover has a great university that produces a lot of teachers......

I have mathematically, factually and universally PROVEN already over and over and over again that foreclosure, tax liens divorcee probate etc. etc..

The area is within 10 minutes from a large university and in a 1-2 mile radius is the rough neighborhood.

THUS, THE UNIVERSAL DOLLAR AMOUNT TO CALCULATE (MY RULE OF THUMB) IS ADDING $1,500.00 TO THE FORMULA.
