Rhodes College in Memphis, TN

Hi all,

I am from Long Beach, CA and researching Memphis, TN as a place to invest in rental property. I was wondering if anyone can tell me whether the area around Rhodes College is good. I know this is a much smaller campus than University of Memphis, but does it appear to have any positive effect on the square mile radius or so surrounding it?
