Thx for all the helpful comments on my other post regarding plane noise. Another question, I closed escrow with my personal name being on the title for loan purpose. How do I go about transferring to a LLC. I know how to incorporate in NV. Just need to figure out transferring the title.

DIY possible or is there a specialist I can engage?

@Eric Wu first question to ask yourself is why are you transferring to a LLC ?

Not an attorney but speak to them (too often) and if it is for asset protection in most instances your better off with an umbrella insurance policy. Especially if you are managing the property.
