Each property tab can track rent contact information, lease terms, payments, work orders, etc.I see far too many spending way too much time and money on software solutions when they don't even have a problem yet!

@Gregory Moton You are in commercial loan department and your contacts are commercial which can prohibit you to work as commercial Real Estate agent.

If it's a nice old storefront or something of that sort, contact civic groups and let them know that while it's on the market, it's available for use for good causes.
