Seeking East Bay Investment Realtor for Small Multifamily

Hi all! 

I'm new to the CA Bay Area and looking to purchase a multifamily in the near future (preferably within the next 4 months). Can anyone point me in the direction of an investment focused agent?

Ideally, I'm looking for duplexes or triplexes within the Oakland area, but willing to stretch out to San Pablo or down to Hayward (i.e. 20mi radius).

I'll be occupying one of the units and would prefer something that isn't turnkey.
