Nursing student trying to learn how to invest in Real Estate.

My name is Sam. I am a student trying to get into nursing program. I love Real Estate. Actually, I used to be an assistant cost estimator for construction projects. My dream is to have rental properties (Single or multi families, apartments etc) I think it is a better way to become a millionaire and achieve financial freedom. I still have a lot to learn and sometimes I feel like I wanna give up as I see it as a big dream. I hope this forum will give me some enlightenments and connections that can help to achieve my goals.

Sam, welcome to BP.  You just found the treasure trove of real estate investing info. Everything you need to gain confidence, and begin taking steps towards financial freedom can be found within this site. Do alot of reading, take notes, watch the webinars and podcasts when you have time..... and dont hesitate to reach out to people and ask questions or engage in conversation. were all here for similar reasons.
