I have a sponsoring broker lined up, who knows my investment intentions, and I am currently studying the course materials.In the legal part of the course, it states, "Any advertising done by a salesperson or an associate broker must be under the supervision of and in the licensed name of that individual’s broker. 

The skip tracing gonna cost you about 15-18ct per skip instead of 10-12ct for individuals but it's well worth it. 

Any type of trust, including a DST will pass the depreciation to the investors (trustees), whether or not they utilize cost seg, is something you will have to inquire about on an individual basis.

. ;)Mostly the small MF's are a no man's land in my view - picked over by anyone who has transitioned from small landlord to larger player.   

They have offices all over TX, but are major players in the DFW area.

That is just one of the many players in that area.

Also check if the property is in an hoa for possible dues you may inherit, current/past due property taxes, etc.In addition I suggest U simply attend one to get the lay of the land.. see who the players are  how its functions etc.. most jurisdictions have their set rules they follow and are unique to that county..  

It helps hold you accountable to your goals and helps with networking with other like minded individuals. 

The best strategy depends on your individual situation.
