I am super pumped to be joining this community.  I am a real estate agent and have done two successful flips.  I actually prefer to call my flips "Charms", as I put my time, heart, and soul into the projects.  I have witnessed how real estate can be your biggest vehicle for wealth and I am ready to go.  Looking forward to connecting with other motivated individuals : ) !!!
