New Investor ADVICE Multi-Family Units and Apartments

Posted

Hello,

My name is Christian Buckingham. I stumbled across bigger pockets after reading "How to Invest in Real Estate" and immediately wanted to jump on the ship. After looking at the different niches in real estate I decided to focus on rental properties, specifically multi family units. My wife and I have been looking at properties in our area, El Paso, and have made goals to hopefully purchase our first duplex by the end of the year.

Being a newer investor I wanted to see if anyone had any advice for a novice. And if anyone is in the area I would love to get a coffee and brunch sometime. My treat! Thank You!!!
