Looking to buy a foreclosure at county auction. Any advise on how this works? I am told to bring money orders in different denominations...What other suggestions?

Your research, including a title search, is paramount.  Also check if the property is in an hoa for possible dues you may inherit, current/past due property taxes, etc.
