Doesn't mean they are caught up.Take a deep breath and say more.  

In the same breath you advocate wasting a contractor's time, but to bring "fire damaged houses" to a buyer is a waste of a their time, so don't do that.

Smoking smells gives me such a bad headache and actual breathing problems so it'd be a nightmare to clean up.
