Shipping container Airbnb

I have a welding company in Gwinnett Georgia and would like to move into the short term rental market. I am trying to make a shipping container cabin as a model unit. My main focus is single 40ft high cube unit. A transportable cabin that would make a perfect get away in the mountains. The unit would be a 1 bedroom, one bath, studio. Envision a modern shipping container design tucked between big oaks overlooking the blue ridge mountains. A large custom kitchen pass-through window with concrete countertops. Designs can vary. Looking to find out how many people would be interested in these.

@Steve Miklashevskiy I would want it in the Georgia mountains within 3 hours of Gwinnett Georgia. There is a six acre lot in Ellijay Georgia for 100k with an amazing over look of the National forest that I believe would be a great spot for four units. At this time i do not have the funding for such an investment. Each unit can bring in around 50k a year if rented out $200 a night with 70% occupancy. The only shipping container in the Georgia mountains and its only a 20ft in Blue ridge. I'm not sure where to go to find the right investor.
