I'd like to go an speak with the inspector to see what they would accept, but I'm out of town and I travel every week and it's realistically extremely difficult for me to do this.  

I was looking at a multifamily property (~40 units) and the broker mentioned that I should look into water conservation program to help reduce the water usage.

Those kinds of guys are traveling for work and staying in a motel.
