Hey Everyone! My name is Hope S. and I am new to BiggerPocket. I am from the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area and looking to getting into Rental Properties. Any advice, tips or tricks would be appreciated!

Welcome @Hope S.! I'm a local investor in the Harrisburg area as well and I will second that you should check out some of the local real estate clubs at www.meetup.com
There are a couple in the Harrisburg area as well as Camp Hill, York, Lancaster, and Lebanon depending on how far you're willing to travel and your schedule. They are all great and usually have an educational component as well as networking.
