All these things kind of strike me as common sense personal interaction and networking skills, but I'm amazed by the number of folks out there that don't follow these basics.

Hi @Trevor S Foster,It matters what is customary in your area as @Lynn M. stated, but also keep in mind everything on your offer speaks to the strength of your offer.

Are you interacting with the prospects, maybe something you are doing/saying is turning people off.

@Matt Foster - I just post the job and then sort through the applicants based on either rate and experience.  

Do we need a lease addendum for every child they foster?

Or maybe that's fabreeze depending on his diaper situation.OK but in all seriousness - what are the good, transferable, quality interactions and experiences that some kids could take from having their parents active in real estate?

They are the bible you operate from in regards to all tenant issues.If you do not know the laws and understand how they are enforced you should not be involved in any way in dealing with tenants.All PMs and landlords must know the laws or should never be interacting with tenants.

You even find that interacting with them becomes a natural part of the interaction.I'm Asperger's.

They are live and interactive and filled with great stuff!!
