Robert Burns Selling Mobile Home with Lease Purchases

I need some advice on how to structure the sale of 3 mobile homes I own and have under lease purchase sale agreements.The mobile homes by themselves have a current value of about $30,000 and the 3 lease purchase agreements in place have a total payout of about 65,000 over the next 5 years.I want to cash out of these lease purchases and need some help figuring out how to do that.

I purchased a mobile home park in need of a complete turnaround (bank owned for 3 years with no oversight - you can imagine).We sent everyone a 60-Day Notice to Vacate, along with an application for those who wished to apply to stay (also requiring a background check due to the high level of crime).

Zoho Creator is great for the storing of data but doesn't seem to have a mail merge feature unless (and I just found this out last night) you combine it with Zoho CRM (so far I like what I'm reading on crm since it actually has a mobile app).

Also highly recommend Frank Rolfe and the Mobile Home University Program; they have a really good model.Many parks can be purchased using owner financing.

With that said my most awe inspiring deal for me was my very 1st one.It may be because it was my first deal but looking back this was a great first deal to open my eyes to mobile homes as profit generating investments.After many failed attempts at marking I received a call from a seller.
