Hey guys I'm new nvr done real estate always wanted to. I work offshore 7-7 so I have half the year to learn. I love learning new things. I just don't know where to begin. I've been reading all these guides videos and everything. I am more of a person that learns by hands on. But I don't wanna just go hands on with a house or something thatll bite me in the butt. If any of u guys can help me I would really appreciate it.
