Selling Mobile Home with Lease Purchases

I need some advice on how to structure the sale of 3 mobile homes I own and have under lease purchase sale agreements.

The mobile homes by themselves have a current value of about $30,000 and the 3 lease purchase agreements in place have a total payout of about 65,000 over the next 5 years.

I want to cash out of these lease purchases and need some help figuring out how to do that.
