The medical infrastructure in this area is booming and companies like the Cleveland Clinic and Metro hospitals are pouring billions in this area, creating thousands of good paying jobs, which is one of the reason the rental market in this area is so strong.  

Have that video on a laptop that can be displayed on the court monitors. 

Deciding whether to replace any infrastructure may be out of your hands, depending on its condition.

Some renters probably won't be happy to learn their activity can be monitored remotely.

Kona/Hilo is sort of market where it's still an island, but basic infrastructure is still available.

The have also invested substantially in their infrastructure and redevelopment. 

But with stocks, you will always have to monitor your balance and make sure you don't dip too much into your savings. 

Mainly because of smaller square footage and shared infrastructure (roof) with the entire building.My costs for turnover in A / B+ areas is less, as tenants seem to maintain the properties better.To make money in this business with rental houses, the strategy is to keep tenants for a long time.
