Looking at Smart deadbolt as only lock?
For my LTR I'm considering changing from standard locks to a smart deadbolt (like the ULTRALOQ U-Bolt Pro Smart Lock).
My question for more experienced folks, with the goal of making things easier for all involved by adding a keypad deadbolt...would you say the average tenant feels safe with just the deadbolt lock alone (no handle lock in addition? My unit also has an internal latch lock).
Or would a long term tenant likely feel more secure with both a deadbolt plus door handle lock? Would like to take advantage of a smart deadbolt where I don't have to give new tenants a physical key.
