Our flippers do not cut corners if a home needs a roof they budget for it.

I don’t like dealing with the delay, I like having access and I can cut out commissions.  

That's a pretty good chunk of equity I could use to finance my next deal, preferably an off market cash deal for a BRRRR property.I recently refinanced my SFR (paying $100 less a month, and cut off 5 years on the term, win!)

I actually used to cut the greens at St.Ives. 

I cut out xbox, social media, gaming of any type, and the worst of all—warm showers.

This would be extremely easy to replace in another industry if suddenly the government experienced massive job cuts.

So, for a steel tank buried 20-30 years, there are a lot of opportunities for leaks.Same goes for oil leaking in basements or crawl spaces.

The only administration to actually cut jobs in the last 100 years has been weirdly enough the Clinton administration, and it was a small number.

Do not cut any corners on anything to make a property look better on paper.  

It's slim pickings and wholesalers are pumping up the numbers to try and sucker in dumb investors.You could always cut out the middle man and try to find your own deals!
