You can get some great ideas and views in the blogs, but I'd suggest you investigate and do your own due diligence before acting on anything you find on the internet and ensure it is customary in your market.Read enough so that you can ask specific questions!

Look to the state requirements for eviction and abandoned of property and collections.Stay with local custom over anything you read on the internet, other than law, as any issue you may have will be under that jurisdiction. :)
