Getting the Best out of BP
Good morning all, Darieal here!
I've been a member of BP for some time now, and still haven't gotten the full benefit of the site. What Posts or forums would anyone recommend to view first?
Just a little history, I started in 2011, bought a few courses and began getting Analysis Paralysis.
Finally, I set on a path and started marketing for Buyers and Sellers after months of not taking any action. Now, I’m closing on a deal tomorrow and have another that I just contracted. So in essence I suppose I’m starting all over with BP. I’ve become part of a few social media groups and have been doing ok, however, BP was the first place that I came across and would like to finish what I started here.
Thanks in advance for the direction!

I'd say start by reading all the forums and look to areas that seem to be in areas that you will likely specialize in, but read some of all the forums.
You should be able to spot good contributors, understand too that most everyone here is promoting themselves in one way or another, it's a networking site to facilitate business. Follow those that have knowledge in what you are most interested in. Use the @ function to ask them questions. You can get some great ideas and views in the blogs, but I'd suggest you investigate and do your own due diligence before acting on anything you find on the internet and ensure it is customary in your market.
Read enough so that you can ask specific questions! Many new folks ask such broad questions that they can't be answered in a forum. Ask a couple of questions and you can always come back and ask more, I've seen 20 questions asked in a post and that is just to difficult for anyone to address accurately.
Titles to your thread, IMO, need some thought, might search it and see if it's been used before, might use key words to trigger respondents too. A good title makes it easier to locate later on. IMO :)
