Wanted to see if anyone has experience working with a wholesaler and the hard money lender they recommend who is more than likely owned or affiliated with the same owner? I want to move forward with this group, but want to make sure there is no conflict of interest. If you use this particular lender then you get the first look 48 hours before the cash buyers or others. Any feedback is greatly appreciated….
