I've never used Forte, however; I used Shaw vinyl on my own house back in 2005.

I have 12 years in, CPT (0-3e) and plan to retire as a MAJ (O4).We are stationed in Korea and are actually looking into flying to Texas (using the Space A or MAC flight) to visit my family (Austin) and buy a rental property in the fort hood area.

The problem is I have two rental properties on the same street in Fort Lauderdale, dead end streets because one side of it are all river front properties with 75' sailboats etc...I am on the other side, the dry side LOL.So each property has black carts for garbage, green carts for yard waste, and blue carts for mixed recycle waste.
