Rental Companies For Family in DFW

Hello BP Fam,

I'm trying to help a friend navigate a move in the DFW area but the reviews for many property management companies have been scary to say the least. If you all could share any reputable property management companies or individual landlords in the Dallas Fort Worth Area (Tarrant County, TX), it would be greatly appreciated! Please note this is a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children) but their credit is not the best. The income is there (3x $2000) but their credit scores took a plunge during the pandemic. Any recommendations would be awesome! Thanks!

Which side of the metro are they moving to? It's basically two different markets.
