New Investor in Texas

Hi BP Community,

I'm Roger Covin and have purchased my first property. I'm here to learn more about investing strategies to grow my business! My interest are wholesaling in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and land investing anywhere in Texas. I've recently purchased 6 plots of vacant land near Cedar Creek Lake in Mabank, TX. Three lots are 50x100 and the other three are 40x80. Looking for a little direction, debating on whether to flip them or partnering with a mobile home/rv investor.

Hope you guys can point me in the right direction!

I would highly recommend that you watch this youtube video by Seth Williams.  He is talking with a guy from Texas who works a lot with developers to find and flip lots much like what your situation.   Seth Williams interview   Check him out and best of luck to you.
