Some even have slight discounts the more you use them.

I imagine that the direct mail companies out there leverage these bulk-mail discounts for their economies of scale, but I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with / thoughts on whether doing something like this is worthwhile for more of an individual smaller-scale operation.  

If the owners are selling a cash flowing rental then they arent going to sell it at a discount.

Hi @Vanessa Benavidez with the number of buyers in LA a wholesaler with any kind of discounted property is hard to find, what exactly are you looking to do.

I probably would have only charged them 1/2 months rent for the first month and told them I was giving them the discount on the first month because moving is stressful on time and finances.

Their contract gave me the sole right to set pricing, both list and if I wanted, a discounted rate.

If you’re looking for deals that you can buy at significant (greater than 5%) discount to REAL market price, you almost certainly won’t find them listed, either formally (MLS) or informally (FSBO websites).

Looks like you are going all borrower paid, with no lender discount points.
