What NOT to do - hard money first BRRRR
I am a brand new investor trying to plan for my first BRRRR. I see hard money as my only financing option, so I wanted to post on here to get any feedback/experiences about what to avoid when doing a hard money BRRRR. Of course, any other advice is welcome!
A few notes for context: I am a real estate agent with lending connections, so finding a reputable lender won’t be a problem. I also already have a market that I have been eyeing, but I have yet to run the numbers on any potential deals.
