Hello all! I have found a few websites like HappyInvestor.com and Hubzu.com that claim to have good leads on deals in the area. Has anyone ever used them and how accurate is the information? Is there a website that you prefer using? I am in the Stafford, VA area. Thanks in advance!

If they were great deals, all the investors would be on there snatching them up, prices would increase to fit the demand, and then they wouldn't be great deals.

Building wealth isn't as easy as everyone makes it sound. Listen to the investors with gray hair and you'll hear that they were successful because they studied the market and saw a great deal before anyone else did. You'll have better luck grinding away and beating the streets.
