Investing in South Columbus OH? Take a look at this map first!

I am from Columbus, born and raised and I thought I would put this out here for investors looking to invest in Southern Columbus. Areas like German Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards

I believe Southern Columbus is defined by a couple trends

1. The weather is distributed west to east. However Parsons ave is a cliff and the wealth drops off tremendously as soon as you cross over it.

2. The wealth is also distributed North to South. The closer to downtown (German Village) the nicer things will get. There are some streets that help divide this wealth, not like a cliff, more like a hill (Whittier, Thurman, etc..)

3. Some things to consider though, Nationwide Chrildrens Hospital is assisting nurses with Down Payments for houses close by the hospital to help the area! Will Southern Orchards become the next German Village?

@Steven Foster Wilson I think Southern Orchards is a gold mine for investors. I am getting $1,100/month for a 3 bd 1 ba townhome that used to have active gang activity just a few years ago. Some of the properties I tour still have bullet holes in them. The city has been revitalizing Southern Orchards along with other parts of Columbus like crazy. I show my investors the below street view example (less than a 3-year difference) when they ask me why they are paying double or triple for a property that was sold just 3 years ago.
