I personally thing being a war veteran you will have some automatic credibility that most of us will have to build- but HEY, that's just my opinion.I found my first wholesale deal driving for dollars (aka canvassing neighborhoods) and saw a FSBO sign up-- called, met the owner the same day, made an offer on his property that evening and signed a contract the day after.
