I am in N. Central Minnesota and am studying with the goal of buying properties to rehab & rent or flip.  I am not looking for gimmicks and this seems like the place to engage real people with the smarts to actually work hard enough to do this.  I hope to be ready by the time I relocate back to Central Ohio next year.
