I am a real estate investing newbie from the Fort Worth, TX . I am a returning Iraq war veteran trying something new besides fighting the Taliban, although if called upon, I would do it again.
I am an expert in the field of warfare, but my desire is to become an expert in wholesaling real estate..I appreciate ANY guidance, I am a quick learner. Thank you for reading my post.
God Bless

Larry,

Welcome home! And a BIG THANK YOU for volunteering your services to keep us civilians safe.

I personally thing being a war veteran you will have some automatic credibility that most of us will have to build- but HEY, that's just my opinion.

I found my first wholesale deal driving for dollars (aka canvassing neighborhoods) and saw a FSBO sign up-- called, met the owner the same day, made an offer on his property that evening and signed a contract the day after. You just have to be willing to take action.

Good luck on your new RE journey! Everyone at BP is just a post away.
